1. Purpose and Scope
This Cookie Policy has been prepared to provide information, under Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK") and the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles for Fulfilling the Obligation to Inform, about the cookies and similar technologies used on the Policyful website and platform ("Platform") operated by CDR Araştırma Hizmetleri Limited Şirketi ("Company"). 2. What Is a Cookie?
A cookie is a small text file saved to your device through your browser when you visit a website. Similar technologies such as the browser's local storage are used for the same purpose; in this policy they are all referred to as "cookies".

3. Purpose and Legal Basis for Using Cookies
The Platform uses only first-party cookies that are necessary for the Platform to work. These cookies let you sign in, keep your session open, keep your account secure and remember your preferences such as language and theme.
These cookies rely on the legal bases of the formation and performance of a contract and legitimate interest (KVKK Art. 5/2-c and f). As they are strictly necessary for the Platform to work, they do not require explicit consent.
The Platform does not use analytics, advertising or targeting cookies, or third-party cookies. If such cookies are introduced in the future, they will be used only after informing you in advance and obtaining your explicit consent.
4. Method of Collection
Data obtained through cookies is collected electronically and automatically through your browser when you visit and use the Platform.
5. Transfers
Data obtained through cookies is not shared with third parties for advertising or marketing purposes. This data may only be processed by the infrastructure providers we use to run the Platform, for the purpose of providing the service. 6. Retention Period
Session cookies are deleted when you sign out or when the session expires. Preference records are kept in your browser until you delete them.
7. Managing Cookies
You can delete or block cookies in your browser settings. In that case, however, you may not be able to sign in to the Platform, or your preferences may be reset.
8. Your Rights
Under Article 11 of the KVKK, you have rights such as learning whether your personal data is processed, requesting information, requesting its correction or deletion, objecting to an outcome against you resulting from analysis by automated systems and requesting compensation for your damage.
